Terms of Service

Rules for using current GameRanks product surfaces, including tracked server data, forums, reports, editorial publishing, and owner management tools.

Updated · Apr 2026

Enforcement applies

Reports, moderation, content edits, and access restrictions are active parts of the product experience.

Data can change

Tracked stats, ownership state, and linked identities can be inferred, provider-sourced, operator-supplied, or revised without notice.

Community scope

Support, clan discussions, announcements, and Trust & Safety flows all live inside the same integrated forum product.

This page describes the current GameRanks service experience and may be revised as product capabilities evolve.

01

Using GameRanks

You may use GameRanks for server discovery, profile tracking, editorial reading, and community discussion only in ways that respect the product, other users, and the operators of tracked servers and games.

  • Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, dox, evade moderation, or abuse reports, favorites, follows, or account systems.
  • Do not scrape, mirror, interfere with, overload, or manipulate the product or its tracked data in a way that harms the service or other users.
  • Do not submit false ownership claims, misleading server information, fake profile links, or deceptive moderation reports.
02

Tracked data and availability

Listings, rankings, activity signals, linked identities, and community metadata may be incomplete, delayed, provider-sourced, operator-supplied, or inferred. We do not guarantee accuracy, uptime, ranking position, continued availability, or continued inclusion of any tracked entity.

  • Server IPs, scan times, rank deltas, population charts, and owner tools are presented for operational context, not as guaranteed live infrastructure truth.
  • We may correct, relabel, merge, suppress, or remove servers, profiles, players, articles, and forum content at any time.
  • Inclusion in GameRanks does not imply endorsement, partnership, verification, or affiliation with any publisher, game, operator, or community.
03

Accounts, ownership, and submissions

Login, signup, favorites, follows, article editing, server announcement management, and report flows are product interfaces designed to support account, editorial, and ownership workflows. Controls shown in the UI do not independently prove legal or operational ownership of an entity.

  • Submitting a server, profile claim, article, support request, or report does not guarantee publication, response, restoration, or verification.
  • We may request additional proof, decline a request, or revoke access where ownership, identity, safety, or accuracy cannot be verified.
  • You remain responsible for the legality and accuracy of anything you submit or represent through the service.
04

Community rules and enforcement

Forums, announcements, support flows, bug reports, and private Trust & Safety reports are part of the GameRanks product. We may moderate, edit, lock, limit, or remove content and may restrict access to private moderation surfaces based on ownership, role, or reporting status.

  • Regular users should only expect access to their own private report threads, while moderators and admins may access reports needed for review.
  • Edited or moderated content may retain timestamps, attribution, or audit metadata where that supports product integrity or abuse handling.
  • Repeated abuse, attempts to bypass moderation, or interference with safety workflows may result in content removal or loss of access to product surfaces.
05

Reservations and legal position

GameRanks is an independent product and may change its scope, routes, legal terms, tracked entities, visual treatment, or data providers without notice. These terms do not limit any rights we may otherwise have to protect the service, comply with law, or defend against misuse.

  • We reserve all rights not expressly granted here.
  • Nothing on the site should be treated as professional advice, a service-level commitment, or a promise of future feature availability.
  • Updated terms and privacy disclosures may replace these documents in full as the service evolves.
