Soulmask 1.0 Patch #17: Building Snap Fix & Building Component Dismantling
Soulmask's latest patch introduces full material refunds for building dismantling, fixes building snap, and adjusts barbarian invasions.
Soulmask has released Patch #17 for version 1.0, bringing several gameplay adjustments and feature optimizations. The update includes a client update, so players must update their game client to continue playing normally.
One of the key changes is that building items placed into the Uncrafting Table will now return 100% of their materials when dismantled. This addresses a common pain point for builders who previously lost resources when deconstructing structures.
The patch also fixes building snap issues, improving the placement and alignment of building components. Additionally, Bee Pupae can now be placed into Feed Troughs, giving players more options for managing their beekeeping operations.
Crew members bound to a ship will now only look for seats on that specific ship when resting, preventing them from wandering to other vessels. Barbarian invasions have been adjusted to no longer include enemies that operate Crossbow Towers, reducing the difficulty of these events.
On the feature optimization side, the Conversion Furnace now supports converting Herbs and Cinder, expanding its utility. The full patch notes are available on the official Steam News page for Soulmask.
This update continues the developer's focus on refining the survival sandbox experience, particularly for players invested in base building and resource management.
